This time, I am going to wake up two hours earlier than usual, at around 5:30 a.m. This will allow me to have coffee and begin by 6:00 a.m. I can have a shower and eat after around 7:00 and have time to leave for work in the morning.
I can also then get the work I need to get done in the evening. It will mean bedtime around 10:00 p.m.
Below is a review of my proposed schedule for the next 90 days. I will make a point to check in once a week and give you a sense of my progress.
